About Panelists:

Claudia Graham: Claudia is the General Manager for Products & Technology, where she leads a global team that provides product development and technology expertise and analytical solutions. In 2019, she joined the Downstream & Chemicals Lubricants team as the General Manager of Asia Pacific Supply Chain, an organization of approximately 700 employees. In this role, she was accountable for production planning and product supply from our blend plants in China, Thailand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Prior to these roles, Claudia was in Downstream Manufacturing for 20 years, where she progressed through various Engineering and Operations leadership roles. Claudia received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. She joined Chevron in 1999 as a Process Engineer at the El Segundo Refinery.

Matthew Lynch: Matthew is the Senior Manager of the Global Lubricants Technology group for Chevron, a position he assumed in October 2020. Matthew leads a global team responsible for technology development, product development, and technical support for Chevron’s global Lubricant’s business. Matthew joined Chevron in 2000 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility across the Downstream, Manufacturing, Supply & Trading, and Business Development. Matthew has held roles in Southern California, Salt Lake City, Northern California, Houston, and Singapore (supporting New Zealand, South Africa, and South Korea). Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from California State Polytechnic University Pomona in 2000 and a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University in 2005.
